Orfeas Constructions was established in 2006  by the Civil Engineers Kydon Volanis and George Tsatsakis. 

Orfeas Constructions & Real Estate along with its very own Civil Engineers are a small but well established company perfectly situated on the western gulf of the largest island in the Mediterranean waters Crete; the Venetian city of Chania, along with endless stretches of lush planes, great vegetation, blue flag beaches and sunsets, not forgetting its wonderful hospitality, will certainly intoxicate the first of visitors.

 “Orfeas” originating from ancient Greek Mythology, has two main partners, Kydon Volanis, the constructing side, qualifying from the University of Xanthi, Greece,  and combining with George Tsatsakis, the more academically side qualifying from the University of Greenwich, U.K., offers unique knowledge and experience of Construction and Civil Engineering that has made the Company what it is today.

We offer to our clients our very own “Land Bank” of plot(s) for sale, at any size, budget and requirement of construction according to their needs.  Every plot(s) has been checked by us personally offering ‘you’ clear building titles and topographic on your choice of plot(s).  This “first part procedure” completed by ourselves gives you the opportunity to be active immediately on the architectural design of your property thus receiving many advantages from our “off plan – your plan” service whilst finally enjoying the benefits of our “step by step” payment program.
